Returns and Exchanges on New Merchandise
We value your business and we will gladly accept returns of unworn and new merchandise for 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact us
immediately upon receipt of the items and we will work with you to exchange or refund the item. Eligible item(s) must still have tags attached (if applicable) and be in new condition. Shoes must be returned with original box in new unworn condition. Refunds on qualifying products will be offered in the form of the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of worn or used merchandise.
We do our best to carefully package and ship your items. Occasionally, however, an item might be damaged during transit. Should you receive an item that has been damaged due to handling in the shipping process, please contact us
immediately and we will work with you to replace or refund the item. We will request that you take photographs of the original packaging identifying the nature and extent of the damage. Please save original packaging and all paperwork to assist us while we work to document the damage and assist you.
